- No card is taken when your child signs up. They get a week of full access first, then drop to the free plan unless someone chooses to pay.
- Any receipts or renewal invoices Stripe sends go to the address shown on the payment page. To cancel, your child can open Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app, or you can write to hello@masterymind.co.uk and we will cancel it for you.
How to start
Your child already uses MasteryMind
- Ask your child to add your email on their home screen or in Settings → Notifications.
- Open the confirmation link in your email.
- Look out for the first summary on the following Sunday.
For Years 7 to 11 (KS3, GCSE or iGCSE). The field is not shown for A-level, vocational or adult courses yet.
Want to pay for their plan?
Ask them to open Upgrade and choose Ask a parent to unlock it. They send you a secure payment link to use on your own phone. Their account and progress stay the same. The checkout shows the billing email address.
